If this is not a display of terrific customer service I don’t know what is. It may be just the single greatest act in pleasing a patron I’ve seen. I know it surely makes me what to use them if I get the opportunity to. Hats off to Novotel for going the extra distance to make sure their guests are taken care of. They should be the national hotel chain for rappers and rock bands.
