Both Kobe Bryant and Lebron James have verbally committed to the next USA Olympic Team in 2012. Although it was good to see some of the lesser known players represent the USA the last go around, it will be interesting to see who helps make up the rest of this squad with budding superstars such as Kevin Durant, Derrick Rose, John Wall, and Blake Griffin. It could be the first time a more youthful presence has the potential to take over some spots but that remains to be seen. All I know is that Lebron's public relations representative or representatives have been earning every cent of their paychecks and his presence on the next olympic team will certainly help rejuvenate his image.
